We’ve actually stopped doing exchanges.  But, don’t worry! If you send back the item that doesn't fit we can offer a refund.

If you’re eyeing up a different size, go ahead and place a new order! 

We know you’ll probably want to make sure your items fit.  Just a friendly reminder though, try to keep it clean and mark-free (no makeup or deodorant stains), because if it looks worn, we might find it tricky accepting it back. 

Oh, don't forget! Some stuff like underwear, pierced jewellery, and swimwear can’t be returned once it’s left us.
