Please note: To help us process your refund as quickly as possible, your return must go to the correct destination. Please use the relevant button below based on your purchase date.

Important things to remember when returning:

• Separate Orders, Separate Labels: If you're returning items from two different orders, you'll need a separate return label for each.
• No Exchanges: We don't offer exchanges, only refunds.
• Return Time: It usually takes up to 14 working days to receive and process your return. We'll email you once it's done.
• Proof of Return: MandM isn't responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping. So, keep your return reciept as proof!

1. Go to our Returns Portal. Please note the date shown above when selecting the relevant portal.
2. Enter your order number.
3. Provide your postcode, email address, or the last four digits of your phone number, then click 'proceed'.
4. Choose the items you want to return and why.
5. Select 'Coll-8 drop2shop' and download your QR code to print off at drop-off point. You can find your nearest drop-off point here.
