Returning items is easy! You can buy a returns label for just €10.99 with Coll-9 or €15.99 with Aramex - the choice is yours. Just keep your order number handy. 😊
Important things to remember when returning:
- Separate Orders, Separate Labels: If you're returning items from two different orders, you'll need a separate return label for each.
- No Exchanges: We don't offer exchanges, only refunds.
- Return Time: It usually takes up to 14 working days to receive and process your return. We'll email you once it's done.
- Proof of Return: MandM isn't responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping. So, keep your return reciept as proof!

- Enter your order number.
- Provide your postcode, email address, or the last four digits of your phone number, then click 'proceed'.
- Choose the items you want to return and why.
- Select 'Coll-8 drop2shop' and download your QR code to print off at drop-off point. You can find your nearest drop-off point here. Or, you can use the Aramex Service.
