Returns and Refunds
If you’re planning to return any items or are waiting for a refund on a previous return, please allow us enough time to process these before requesting account closure. Deleting your account may impact our ability to handle returns and issue refunds.
Outstanding Orders
Check if there are any orders you’re still waiting to receive. If you want to keep these items, wait for delivery and complete payment. If you’d rather cancel your order, contact our Customer Service team, and they’ll be happy to assist. For more info on cancelling an order, click here.
Please note that once your account is closed, it cannot be reopened. If you decide to shop with us again in the future, you’ll need to create a new account.
