Not to worry if you're not home when your delivery's on its way! 😊 You'll get an email and a text message beforehand to keep you in the loop.  If you’ve ordered with our standard delivery service, the courier will give it not just one, but three tries to deliver.

If you've gone for our express delivery, the courier may need your signature on that package. So, if the timing isn’t right and you're not at home when your delivery is due, no worries! It'll head back to the local depot. 

But hey, if you're not around, you can easily rearrange the delivery, have it left in a safe spot, or with a friendly neighbour. Whatever suits your fancy!
