Returning an item is easy! Just visit our Returns Portal and grab a returns label for just €10.99 with Coll-8 or €15.99 with Aramex - the choice is yours.  Easy peasy! 😊

MandM can't be held responsible for any damages or lost items during transit. So, hang onto that receipt as proof of your return, just in case.

Still need help? Follow these easy steps on how to use the returns portal:

1. Visit our Returns Portal.
2. Enter your order number.
3. Pop in your postcode, email address or last four digits of your telephone number and tap ‘proceed’.
4. Select the item/s you wish to return and why.  Sorry, we don’t offer exchanges.
5. Select which courier service you would like to use.  You can find your local drop-off points at the bottom of the page.
6. Print the returns label and attach it to your parcel.
7. We usually take up to 7 working days to process your return. We'll drop you a note to let you know once it's done. And remember, keep that receipt safe!
